Onboarding phone call with Nutmeg
When I receive your enquiry, I will be in touch for a short phone call. We will discuss:
- Booking process and fee
- Venue and stage specs
- Group age and size
- Access or support needs
- Your preferences for games/ workshops
Nutmeg will send you an onboarding email
After our short phone call, Nutmeg will send you an email.
The email will have everything you need to know about the big day! Including my insurance details, safeguarding procedures, photography consent policy, T's & C's and expenses, as well as the booking itself.
Together we can finesse all the details of your personal preferences!
Invoice/ booking fee/ cancellation fee
In your onboarding email, you will receive an invoice. 50% is to be paid as a booking fee (this is retained as cancellation fee should you cancel within 2 weeks of the party)
Nutmeg can only reserve your date once the booking fee has been paid! The other 50% of the payment is expected upon completion of the party.
The Big Day!
On the day of the party, Nutmeg will arrive at the venue 15 minutes prior to the booking time to set up.
Please make parents aware of my photography consent policy as they arrive!
