After our short phone call, Nutmeg will send you an email
The email will have everything you need to know about the big day! Including my insurance details, safeguarding procedures, photography consent policy, T's & C's and expenses, as well as the booking itself and all the details about your personal preferences!
In your onboarding email, you will receive an invoice. 50% is to be paid as a booking fee (this is retained as cancellation fee should you cancel within 2 weeks of the party. I can only reserve your date once the booking fee has been paid! The other 50% of the payment is expected upon completion of the party.
On the day of the party, Nutmeg will arrive at the venue 15 minutes prior to the booking time to set up.
